Clarence Ruff

My name is Clarence L. Ruff, Sr. I am 74 years old, married and the father of two children ages 53 and 55 years old. I have 15 grand children and 5 great grand children, two brothers and a sister. I am a student at HFCC CHW and plan to complete the course on May 6, 2024.

I'm a recovering substance use disorder risk and recovery coach who resolved to help eliminate the use of substances in my community and to be a better person today than I was yesterday and to be better for Tomorrow and the days to come.

This can be achieved by committing myself to change and be apart of incorporating myself with positive people and groups with the goal of being better because we know better.
